Apparently, this clip is from a horror film “La Residencia”. That’s all I can tell you about it. I do quite like it that the woman who orders the whipping then takes the time to cool down the girl’s back.

The looks and the costume of the woman with the whip, in the grey dress, where just wow. She can whip me any time she wants.

Thank you for pointing that out to me, Adele. In the current company I will take it as a compliment but as they say; “Compliments will get you no where”.
This film came out around 1970, and in English was entitled “The House that Screamed” as already mentioned by Bodack, concerning life in a womens reformatory and the gruesome things that would start to happen there, courtesy of the Matrons son. The matron was the biggest name star in the film, Lily Palmer.
Netflix does not have this movie… it’s like we’re living in the medieval ages.
Bodack (and all), if you’re looking for horror with spanking, I recommend The Halfway House (2004). Not the greatest movie, and it more or less sexually molests the memory of H. P. Lovecraft, but the girls are beautiful, some of the jokes are kind of funny, and, oh yeah, a kinky priest likes to paddle girls before a monstrous god from beyond time-and-space eats them… enjoy.

OK, that was hot. There’s just something about the non-consensual nature of the scene that gives it that air of reality that I like. Also, unlike some spanking videos that seem to feature the odd wink and nod to the person viewing, the seriousness and horror of what’s going on really get to my headspace.

I don’t speak Spanish either, but I recall in the opening exchange the Matron orders the girl to strip and the girl counters by challenging the Matron to do it herself. Afterwards the Maron was basically trying to explain her regret at the neccesity of what had just happened. I hope that helps.
