    Keith, She’s asking the boy to violate a number of taboos (ranging from “You mustn’t hit girls” to “Never look at a girl’s bare bottom” to “It’s wrong to ever hurt anybody”. It’ll be a few years before he learns how to ignore them, but thinking about the girl (as he will, compulsively) may eventually put him on the right path.
