Australian Porn in Court

There are interesting things going on in Oz right now, munchkins. Australian government isn’t keen on porn (that would be anything that depicts actual sex or fetish), and gives all that filthy stuff an X18+ rating. Movies thus rated can only be sold in Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory. (NT is pretty large, but it’s rather far to travel for your porn from most of Oz.)

If you were wondering why you don’t hear about Australian spanking industry, this is why. They just don’t like porn over there, particularly fetish porn.

Well, apparently, some people who shoot porn have got fed up with this state of affairs, and have gone to court, arguing that certain adult films should get a softer R18, which would enable them to be sold in video shops and shown in adult cinemas.

If this porn revolution came through, how would this affect the legality of spanking movies in Oz?

I have no idea, though I’m not too hopeful.

The guys who are bringing the challenge are doing this because they’re unhappy with the rating given to their movie “Viva Erotica”. They underline specifically that despite its many sex scenes, it contains no fetish at all, and is therefore unlikely to offend anybody.

I can just see the courts reluctantly re-classifying vanilla porn, with a firm specification “just so long as there’s no fetish there”.

If they re-classify it at all, of course, which is a long shot as it is.

Don’t normally check out any spankings web sites in Australia cause we cant get any decent clips. I find English spanking sites are the best. The home of the good old OTK bare behind hand spanking.
If you don’t realise male to male spankings are big. Not always sex involved but many guys enjoy getting spanked by aother guys. It’s a turn on for them. Probable woman do the same. Then a relaxing drink after.
