Wonderful–thanks for posting this nostalgic cartoon clip.
I’m not convinced. Is there any ornithological evidence to suggest that ducks and penguins flocked together? Where would they meet?

Adele: “Humph!” yourself! I’m just making the case for authenticity. Why would a duck be protecting fish? While we’re on the subject, why is the duck wearing clothes and the penguin is naked? I think it’s exploitative and irresponsible of the filmmakers to encourage violence towards penguins.
I’m sure the penguin has consented, and signed a suitable model release.
You’re sure? Who is the official custodian of records? Can a bird legally give its consent anyway?
Disney, naturally. And surely, any sentient being can give meaningful consent. Be it a bird or an Eastern European girl. :-P
I’d like to know how a duck got down to the South Pole, since penguins only live down there.
Or do they make de-icers for ducks so they can fly in frigid weather?
