Today I had a paranoid schizophrenic patient in psychotherapy tell me that he has been constipated ever since he gave up on his Catholicism and joined the Baptists. He thinks, however, that attending mass at the hospital's Catholic chapel may help him with his bowel movements, so I recommend he give this a try, as eating more fruits and vegetables have apparently not done the trick.
