Office of Government Wanking

I was going to post a hot spanking picture for you tonight, munchkins, but before going online I was watching the satirical news show “Have I Got News For You”, and they told a hilarious story that I felt the need to convey immediately.

Apparently, there’s a governmental department here in the UK called “Office of Government Commerce”, OGC in short. They have recently commissioned a new logo, which looks like this:

After the new design was rolled out, somebody noticed that you could turn it upside down for a piece of social commentary on the state of governmental offices:

    ROFL, Adele. Is this yet another example of a government agency’s inability to think outside the box? (Especially the PR guys). Or does someone on the design team have a truly subversive sense of humor?

    The logo for the London 2012 Olympic Games has been described as looking like a stylised representation of a small man bending over to be spanked by a very large woman.

    Makes me believe what I’ve always suspected, that government bidding supervisors must be some parthogenetic species from outer space, who wouldn’t recognize a charlatan prick if they sat on it.
