Spanking Models Run For Charity, AKA Bums on the Run
Scenology — By Adele on 5 April, 2007 11:40 pmSo, you’re in favour of ritual humiliation of young women… (No, that’s wrong.)
So, you approve of forced sports as a type of punishment… (Hmm, this isn’t it, either.)
So, you think that bouncing bosoms and jiggling round bottoms squeezed are the stuff of dreams… (Yikes, this is all going terribly wrong. I’ll try again.)
On 3 June this year a group of spanking models from all over the UK are getting together in London to run the 5 kilometre “Race for Life” in support of Cancer Research. Yes, I’m running too.
So, you’re a charitable sort of person, right? Well then, I suppose you’ll want to sponsor us. Please, do.
Forgive me if I don’t go into too much detail about how my life so far has made me relate to the needs of a cancer charity – but rest assured, I wouldn’t be going out to buy my first ever pair of running shoes for the sake of anything less painful and personal. Let’s concentrate instead of the fun of the event: it’s a race for life, dammit. Hope, and fun, and all that.
The idea of a spanko charity run belongs to Lucy McLean and Josie Harrison-Marks. They have assembled a fair crowd: 18 of us are running together, all in suitably spankable outfits.
Lucy has put together a campaign website, Bums On The Run, which has gone live today. There will be pictures, training journals, assorted spanking chatter, and lots of other stuff that goes on when spanking models get together. You can also find out about each girl’s reasons for joining the race, and read more about how you can help out. This is a free site, but a donation button is never too far away.
Apart of the organisers and yours truly, the group includes Leia Ann Woods, Sascha Harvey, Pandora Blake, Jean Bradley, Amy Hunter, Abi Switch, Sam Johnson, Zena Stones, Jadie Reece, Honey Hardy, Isabella Aubourg, Kirstyn Gold, Sharon and Frankie.
If you happen to be in London on the day of the race, do come along to cheer us on, and join us for drinks in a pub afterwards. If you’re not in London, it would be terribly nice of you to stick our banner on your site: that way we’ll know you’re with us in spirit.
When I got an invitation to race with all the other girls, I immediately came up with a ton of reasons why I shouldn’t do it. Firstly, I didn’t run. Secondly, I didn’t run, ever. Thirdly, fourthly and so on, I didn’t know many of the other girls, and wouldn’t I look like an idiot dragging behind everyone? and it was all the way down in London! and training would be such hard work, and, and, and…
“Of course,” I immediately wrote to Lucy. “I’d love to do it.”
Obviously, listening to the voice of reason isn’t my forte.
Isn’t this the ultimate sort of masochism – forcing yourself to inflict punishment on your own body? I hope you find the idea of me suffering through the rigorous training somewhat appealing.
You’ll be hearing much more about it both here on the blog, and over on Bums On The Run. Hmm, masochism and charity; they seem to go together well.

It sounds like a very worthy cause. My only question is, does the winner or the loser get spanked? Hmmm…18 girls? Everyone could spank everyone else – that would be a good way to fill up an evening!
Im quite sure that’s exactly how we’ll fill the afternoon in the pub after the race Royce!
If you are not trained and fit, never run and never go up long hills on a bike, running 5 kms will be quite a challenge.
After 1/2 km your heart will be beating like crazy, you are out of breath and you get that interesting tase of blood in your throat.
That’s when you start walking, and will see all the other asses.
So if you want them to have a look at yours – practise a bit before the event!
Will there be footage of this published on any site?
My dear Adele –
I commend you on this effort. You have my support. I have given your effort a nod on my little piece of the internet, and I shall be happy to make a financial commitment as well (although it shall have to go through my author), assuming that you will take American greenbacks. Hopefully, there will be an exchange rate favorable to you.
Regards,
Frank
Royce – of course, the advantage of running a charity race is that you’re doing it to participate, not to win. I think. That’s my policy, and I’m sticking to it.
Cul – that’s a pretty accurate description of my running ability before I started training for the race, though now I’m just about capable of staggering along for 2km. What happens next is anybody’s guess. Also, unless we get a volunteer with a camera running behind us, I don’t think there’ll be any footage.
Frank – thanks for your support, and of course for the link! Donations are handled directly by Cancer Research, so I’m pretty sure they’ll be able to accept international donations. :)
Firstly may I say that I think that this is wonderfull, to see all of you (I believe 19 of you now) putting in so much effort to so worthy a cause.
I wished to show my support for you all so popped over to the donations page and tried to drop a little cash in the pot. Thats when I hit problems :(
The system would not except my maestro card which is issued by my Belgian bank (obviously I live in Belgium) because it does not have the same infomation fields required on the form. Also My, Bank issued, credit card was not recognised (For reasons of my own I refuse to use VISA)
It is about time Somebody gave a few financial top bods six of the best and got it into their minds that donations should be truly internationaly possible. Not only via USA and UK based card companies.
Any way, enough of my whining, if anybody knows of a way I can make a donation to this cause, using European based cards on the internet, please pass on the info. I hope that not only myself but many more people in will be splashing a bit of the old hard earned in the direction of Bums On The Run If they knew how.
Hugs to all who can help

Prefectdt, having checked up with people who know these things, the only answer I can give you is – without a major credit card, we’re stuffed. :( Sorry I can’t be more use. Perhaps you can take the money you were going to give us to a Belgian cancer charity? That’s the only thing I can come up with that would still be of some use. *sigh*
Thanks for the reply Adele and the time you took checking this out. Every year in my local there is a potted plant sale, it is for cancer relief rather than cancer research but I think it s all important. Normaly I buy a plant, this year I will buy two, the second dedicated to all of you wonderfull people taking part in bums on the run.
Best of luck for the run both to you and all the others taking part

I think this is great! Bums On The Run is brilliant, and a nice example of Fetish in the Mainstream (a recurring theme of mine in my blog). I will definitely hype this wonderful cause on my site. Kudos!
Ms haze i really like what you do and how you do it spanking and role /age play go hand in hand to me, it is not so much the bare butt or the marks or how hard the strokes are but it is the emotion you show in your voice and facial expression that is the turn on for me all the way during the scolding and preparation through the spanking all the way throgh the rubbing and the dance and corner tine the whiny pleading the squeling and crying and tears and sniffeling after all are part of it so keep up the good work hanks phil
