Bums on the Run Report

Top 10 Ways You Know You’re One of the Spanking Models Running The Race For Life:

10. You’re wearing a skirt, a t-shirt and a pair of knickers, and worry you’ve put on too much clothing.

9. The heaviest thing in your bag is the make-up kit.

8. All the members of your team look familiar, even though you’ve never met half of them before.

7. You’re not running as much as strolling… because what are they gonna do, spank you?

6. The supporters are clearly trying to remember where they’ve seen you before. You could make it easier for them by bending over and dropping your knickers.

5. You try to take the strategic place at the back of the group, because the bottoms in front of you are, frankly, worth following.

4. You’re too shy and star-struck to speak to some of your team-mates. That’s OK; they’re too shy and star-struck to speak to you.

3. Your legs are hurting, but it feels kind of nice.

2. The people who are coming to the pub for the after-race party will bring things to hurt you with.

1. Every time you see a camera, you turn around and stick your bottom out.

P.S. I walked the whole time, if you don’t count the short sprint for the last 300 metres and across the finish line. It was exhilarating.

P.P.S. If you were at the pub for the after-party, and felt I’ve blanked you, I’m sorry. I was pretty dazed.

P.P.P.S. For more details see race reports by Pandora and Leia-Ann.

P.P.P.P.S. Did you see how much money you munchkins have donated? Holy cow!

It’s all about the money :-)

    Congratulations. One and all.

Holy cow is a bit of an understatement.

A 150% over target. The mind boggles, in a really good way.

You should all be so proud.
