It honestly lists some of the things this guy sees as draw-backs of his profession – basically, it can be uncomfortable, it can be challenging, and the pay isn’t what it could be. Oh, and the girls can be unattractive, but you still have to fuck them.
Honestly! Boohoo, cry me a river, dude. Big bloody news: a job actually requires some work, and has drawbacks. Duh! Jobs are like that.
I’m not dismissing the complaints; of course some aspects of shooting porn are uncomfortable. You’re not doing it for you: you’re doing it to make the finished movie look good. That’s the job. If you feel that you’re having a bad tim, try being a female porn-star: you get all that, plus some whiny boy’s spunk in your eye.

lol tought life…but seriously…It’s probably, like any job, way cool at first than it turns into Suck City, pardon the pun. Plus I don’t think he mentioned, seems like most of these male porn guys shave their balls–that’s a pain in the ass I’m sure!
